  Q. I'm not getting this "Control Center" idea. What is it, and how can it help me?  
  A. You can compare your Control Center to your car's dashboard. Your speedometer is connected to your wheels so you know your current speed. Your fuel gauge is connected to your fuel tank to tell you how much fuel you have left. Your Control Center is connected to our order and warehouse management system in exactly the same way. You always know everything you need to know about orders, products, and shipping.

Your Control Center is a secure internet site that you can access anywhere you have the internet. From it, you can enter orders; create products, kits, and offers; generate reports; create users for your system; even make your own screens for others to enter or inquire about orders, products, or shipments.

  • Here is an example of a Control Center designed for a marketing or sales administrator.
  • Here is another that a sales or client rep might use. Notice how there are less choices for this user than for an administrator.
  • Here is another that would appear after a browser or client on your website decided to request or order some item. Notice there are no menu choices for this user.

  Q. What do you mean by "views" and "screens"?  
  A. This is where we customize your fulfillment needs. Your system will be used by different groups, and each group can “see” your system in a different way. If you’re an administrator, your view (or screen) will offer more options (e.g., the ability to see certain reports, or to create users in the system). If you have sales reps, their view will have fewer choices. An internet customer will have the fewest choices. But all of these views are connected to the same system, giving you tremendous flexibility in deciding how your users experience your offerings. (See "Control Center" above)
