As a student currently enrolled in ET-710, I attend Queens High School of Teaching (QHST) and am 16 years old. I truly believe I am living some of the best years of my life as my high school experience is fairly simple yet fulfilling. I participate in several extracurricular activities. These include STEM, art, tutoring calculus, student government, Arista, swimming, and, most significant to me, baseball as I have done for 3 years now. Academically, I consider myself proficient and genuinely enjoy my time in school.

Outside of school, I have a wide range of interests and hobbies. I spend my time tutoring, playing baseball and American football, swimming, creating art, exercising, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends. One of my favorite activities is driving and exploring new places, as I believe every location on this planet has unique features that make it special.

Regarding my future career, I have a strong passion for vocation, driven by my belief in altruism. Medicine has always fascinated me, as it plays a crucial role in people’s health—both positively and negatively. I aspire to enter the medical field to gain a deep understanding of the substances people use, why they use them, their components, and their effects.

I chose to enroll in this course because I want to explore a different field that may shape my perspective. By taking ET-710 and CS 100, I hope to develop a strong foundation in these subjects, potentially influencing my future career path. I hope to gain useful experience and understanding of this program, and hope I can use this information I learn to create a brighter future.
