Hello and Hola to you all! My name is Deepankar Barua, but you can call me Deep—my favorite nickname! I'm originally from India, and so are my parents. We all live together in a cozy house in Queens, New York. I'm currently a high school student at Richmond Hill High School, proudly following the STEM pathway (no, not the plant stem, the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics kind!). I'm especially excited to have recently enrolled in the ET 710 Web Development course. As an 18-year-old high school student venturing into college before graduation, I feel like I'm on the brink of a new and exciting adventure.

A Little About Me:

Passionate About Technology: My journey with computers began when my father first introduced me to the internet. From searching about different places on Earth to watching videos of the fastest bullet trains, airplanes, and space shuttles, my curiosity for technology and space science was sparked early on. I have fond memories of watching space shuttle take-offs and landings and marveling at the stars and planets.

Food Lover: I adore fast food, and smoothies are the perfect combo for me. Going out to eat with friends and spending quality time with loved ones is something I cherish.

Family Matters: My family is an essential part of my life, and I love spending time with them.

Future Aspirations: I aspire to become a software developer, combining my love for technology and creativity to build innovative solutions.
